Each and every vehicle that carries the public in Spain must hold a valid and current “Taejeta de Transporte”, this means they are not only licensed as a transport vehicle but they are also insured to carry you.

Are you based in Malaga or are you transfer brokers?
B-MET Airport Transfers are based in Malaga and are fully
Licensed by the Local Authority (Junta de Andalucia). We are not multi destination transfer brokers operating from offices far away from Malaga passing transfer work to agents and demanding payment up front by credit card.
Your driver will meet you in the specially designated area for Minibus Drivers at Malaga Airport. This is located after the baggage reclaim area, through the glass sliding doors, see the map below for the precise location.
Our driver will be bearing an Airport Board with your name on it so that you can locate him instantly.

Your driver will meet you at your pre-arranged time and pick up point.
Malaga Airport is patrolled constantly by the police and government inspectors looking for illegal touts. If a Transfer Company asks to meet you anywhere apart from the designated area in the arrivals terminal, they will be illegal, (even if they use the excuse that this is due to building work), and their vehicles will not be insured for passenger liability cover. You should remember that if stopped by the Guardia Civil (Police) the vehicle would be confiscated immediately leaving you stranded. A vehicle that is licensed will be SP (Servicio Publico) plated by the Spanish Authorities and you can always ask to see a copy of the companies ‘Tarjeta de Transporte’ license if you are concerned. Please don’t ruin your holiday before it has started.
Yes, Each vehicle is fully licensed by the Local Authority, holding a Tarjeta de Transporte License. Our vehicles are fully insured for full passenger liability cover and we strictly observe our Public License operating regulations. We take our passenger safety very seriously.
All transfer fee payments are made to our driver in Euros cash. We have found it best when return transfers have been booked for customers to pay half the total fee on completion of each journey. However, if you wish to pay beforehand by credit card of bank transfer this can be arranged, allowing sufficient time for the payment to be validated before the service takes place.
No sorry, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles.
The price quoted does not include gratuity. If you feel the driver has been helpful, courteous and friendly, then a tip is normal.
Providing the key collection is en-route, there will be no extra charge.
Of course, there is no struggling with your luggage at Malaga Airport or your holiday destination as our drivers are there to help.
No, we only offer private transfers, so the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for your group. We do not offer a public shuttle service at this time.
When you book your transfer using our online booking service, please let us know you excess luggage requirements and we will ensure that the your vehicle will have the space.
As a registered S.L. company in Spain, yes we can provide you with an EU VAT invoice if required.
The likelyhood of your driver not being there on time is extremely low. However, if you have trouble locating your driver, just call our 24/7 Assistance Helpline (printed on your booking confirmation) and we will immediately assist you.
All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. However, as a backup measure, please call us on our 24/7 Assistance Helpline (printed on you booking voucher) if you become aware of any delay to your flight which may affect your transfer.
In most cases we will be able to reschedule your transfer without a problem. However, if it is a busy time of the year, it is possible (but unlikely) that we may not have availability for your new transfer time. Please contact us the moment you know about your change in schedule to allow us sufficient time to reorganise your transfer.
